This is an example, based on Outlook Express for Windows. Other programs will have similar settings.
In this example we use the following data:
Your name: Robert Hensel
Your domain: hensel.nl
Your email: info@hensel.nl
The pop3/imap server (server for incoming email) is mail.your-domain, so in this example: mail.hensel.nl
Note: a often made mistake is the email accountname. Please use the complete emailaddress and not just the name part of the email. So for example info@hensel.nl and not just info. This is true also for logging into webmail.
Outgoing mail (smtp) is done by your internet provider (cable, dsl etc.). If you need an smtp service, please contact us.
The outgoing smtp server is provided by your internet provider, it may look something like this: smtp.yourprovider.net or mail.yourprovider.net
