Make your selection from one of our products and order the product through our website. After completing your order, you will automatically receive an email with the steps to follow to change provider (like to send/fax forms).
At your request
We will move your website at the time you request. Most clients want to make sure their website and email settings are correct, before moving the domain. Therefore, we are not moving the website directly after receiving the forms. We like to take your opinion into account.
Timeframe moving .nl-domain
After receiving the required document, we are processing your request. The affirmation of SIDN is almost instant, but processing the request by SIDN is usually the next business day. The day after that, the change will be taken in a so-called zonefile. Then it will taken 24-48 hours before your website can be found on the new server (computer). Unfortunately this delay is caused by processing of SIDN and the internet. It can not be made any faster. For visitors nothing will change as they will see the website on the old or the new server. When the website is transferred to the new server, the visitor does not notice this.
Timeframe for transferring other domains
After receiving the necessary forms we are processing your request to transfer. It is automatically processed by sending an confirmation email to the owner of administrative contact of the domain. After confirmation it can take up to 5 work days before it is confirmed, depending on the domain registration company. After confirmation it takes another 24 to 48 hours before your website can be found on the new server (computer). Unfortunately this delay is caused by the internet and this cannot be processed faster. For visitors nothing will change as they will see the website on the old or the new server. When the website is transferred to the new server, the visitor does not notice this.
