We truly appreciate the trust you have placed in us, and we would like to inform you about an exciting development: as of August 1st, 2026<\/strong> Hensel Hosting is becoming part of Webba, a Dutch digital agency we have known and worked with for over 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hosting industry is changing rapidly. More and more hosting providers are being acquired by large international companies, where customers become just another ticket in an online system. That is exactly what we have always wanted to avoid. Webba shares our values: personal service, short lines of communication and reliable support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For you, this step mainly means greater continuity for the future. By combining our strengths, we can continue investing in quality, security and accessibility, while maintaining the personal approach you have come to expect. There is also something new: phone support<\/strong> is now available again \u2014 you can simply call us whenever you need assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does this mean for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In practice, very little will change. Your website, email, domain names and other hosting services will continue to operate as usual. Your agreements and pricing remain unchanged. The only difference is that future invoices will show Webba’s company and payment details. If you pay by direct debit, we will ask you to issue a new mandate to Webba. You will receive a separate message about this. If you pay invoices manually, please use the payment details shown on the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will remain closely involved during the transition period, so everything runs smoothly and you can always reach a familiar face with any questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to do anything?<\/strong> Almost nothing, only for payment. If you pay by direct debit, you will need to issue a new mandate to Webba once (you will receive a separate message about this). If you pay invoices manually, please use the payment details on the new invoice going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will my website and email continue to work?<\/strong> Yes. Nothing will change regarding your hosting services. Your website, email and other services will continue to operate as normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will my contract or pricing change?<\/strong> No. Your existing agreements and pricing remain unchanged. Should anything change in the future, we will inform you well in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I contact support?<\/strong> From now on, you can contact Webba’s support team \u2014 by email support@webba.nl and by phone at +31 (0) 591 71 46 99. Phone support is available again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will invoicing change?<\/strong> Hardly. The invoicing process remains the same; only the company and payment details on the invoice will change to Webba’s. If you pay by direct debit, a new mandate is required once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
